Right now Amazon has the "Honey-Can-Do Dorm Organization Kit" in white, regularly priced $64.99 on sale for $34.99! Plus, this item ships for FREE with Super-saving shipping! Remember to go through mypoints or ebates to make this deal even sweeter! The eight piece set includes the following:

Bing (DOUBLE CASH BACK FOR BACK TO SCHOOL!!!):
My sister, Nicole, who is a graduate student at Purdue let me in a fabulous find she came across yesterday! Bing, a search engine that provides cashback incentives for shopping through their website, is offering DOUBLE CASH BACK REWARDS for back to school!!! Here's her email:
I bought a couple shoes through this site [Bing] from shoemall the other day. 38% cashback, and if you use a coupon code from online (15AMAZON type in at checkout at shoemall) you get 48% off and free shipping. (there's lots of other websites, but I only needed shoes) You get the cashback portion after 60 days, I've done it several times before, but they're running a special back to school promotion with double cashback now.
So, if you register for a FREE Bing account here, you can select from a variety of items/stores that will be eligible for double cashback. The store my sister referenced, Shoemall.com, is presently offering up 38% cashback through Bing, plus if you add shoes to your cart, and use the coupon code 15AMAZON, you will get 48% off your order and free shipping!
This means back-to-school shoes for 86% off! This could be an even better deal if you find something in the sale section that you like!!!

Kmart Clearance

I haven't posted in over a month because I've been undergoing the process of moving to another state to begin law school this fall. Now that I'm settled in my new town, I plan on posting much more frequently.
That being said, I couldn't help but post about the awesome finds I scored today at Kmart. My boyfriend and I stopped their briefly this morning because he needed to look for something. While he did his manly thing, I browsed around and stumbled upon an endcap food clearance section. Although some of the items in the food clearance seemed a bit high, in my opinion, I did find a couple noteworthy items.
If you're a fan of Vitamin Water, you're going to want to dash to your local Kmart asap. Kmart's generic version of Vitamin Water was marked down to $.19 a bottle!!! My Kmart had three flavors to choose from, including: fruit punch, tropical citrus, and my personal favorite out of the Vitamin Water line, dragonfruit. With the school season fast approaching, I'm sure these will be going fast as mothers scramble to find healthier alternatives to full-calorie soda for their childrens' lunch boxes.
The second noteworthy item I found was boxes of six individually wrapped Quaker Mini Delights 90 Calorie Packs, originally priced $2.99 marked down to just $.99! The only flavor my Kmart had left was "chocolatey drizzle." Who couldn't use a bit more chocolate in their lives? I was stoked to realize that I had missed the extra added bonus listed on the upper left hand corner of the boxes. Each box contains a free Quaker True Delights Granola Bar!!! I was even more pleased upon opening the package to find a coupon for one dollar off Quaker True Delights Granola Bar inside! I normally don't buy much stuff like this, but it seems like a great low-calorie snack for hectic school days.
So to summarize this shopping adventure, I was able to score ten vitamin waters at $.19 a piece and two boxes of Quaker Mini Delights at $.99 a piece, for a grand total of $4.01 out of pocket, including tax!
Were you able to find any great deals at your local Kmart? Let me know!

Easy Money
There's no such thing.
...or is there?
While I was in college, I scoured the internet to find easy ways to supplement my income from my part time job. It did not take me long to figure out my two favorite online programs that could help make me some extra cash.
Mypoints: Mypoints is a terrific program for individuals that regularly, or even somewhat infrequently make purchases online. It works similarly to the reward points you earn from your bank for making purchases on your credit card. You simply go to the Mypoints website and search for the retailer you plan to purchase from or the product you wish to purchase and click on the link provided. Think about it this way. If you use your credit card/debit card that you earn points on through your bank and go through Mypoints to make your purchases, you'll essentially be earning double rewards on your purchases!
Mypoints is one of the best point based systems on the internet. It has been used by thousands of satisfied members for over ten years and offers points for nearly every retailer imaginable (i.e.: Macys, Ebay, Comfort Inn, Fossil, etc). Mypoints is especially great for students. Students can earn points from purchasing their school books on several sites, including: Alibris, Barnes and Noble, and textbookx.com. The points you earn can be used to "purchase" gift cards to nearly every retailer imaginable. My mom likes to use the gift cards she earns from Mypoints for Christmas gifts.
You can also earn points through Mypoints by clicking through their daily emails. For this reason, I recommend setting up a free "junk" email account at hotmail or yahoo. You do get quite a few emails per day from Mypoints, but each email read is worth typically five points (which doesn't sound like a lot, but definitely adds up over time).
I have been a member of Mypoints since 2005 and absolutely love it! If you're a fan of referrals, shoot me an email at jacqueline_149@hotmail.com and I will gladly refer you, otherwise head on over to the Mypoints website and create your own free account!
InboxDollars: InboxDollars is an excellent program for those that want an easy way to earn "real" money instead of gift cards. InboxDollars allows members to earn real money by reading emails, taking surveys, playing games online, and shopping. Right now they're offering up $5 free with new accounts!!! You must earn $30 before funds can be disbursed. You may either opt to have the funds directly deposited into your bank account (free) or can have them issue you a check (for a small fee). Head on over to InboxDollars to claim your free $5 just for joining!
